The Problem

The system is designed to
ignore you.

Bureaus use E-Oscar — an automated system that processes disputes with a 2-digit code. Real investigation never happens. Generic letters get ignored.

E-Oscar auto-rejects your letters

When you dispute online or send a generic letter, bureaus transmit a 2-digit code to the creditor — no one reads your actual dispute. It's resolved in 72 hours with zero real review.

📋

Generic templates get flagged as frivolous

Bureaus recognize template language. They label disputes "frivolous" under FCRA § 611(a)(3) and close them without investigation — legally.

💸

Credit repair companies charge $100–$200/mo

For work you can do yourself. The disputes they file are under the same federal laws available to every consumer. You don't need a middleman.

🎯

Specific letters actually work

Letters that name E-Oscar directly, cite exact FCRA sections, and identify specific errors on the account force bureaus to conduct real human investigations — because they have to.

How It Works

Upload. Analyze. Dispute.
Done.

From credit report to ready-to-mail letters in under 5 minutes.

01

Upload your credit report

PDF or text from Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, Smart Credit, IdentityIQ, or any tri-merge report. Drag, drop, done.

02

AI reads every line

Claude AI extracts every negative account — creditor, balance, date, account number, status — and flags specific disputable errors it finds.

03

Select what to dispute

Review the extracted accounts, see their dispute priority (high / medium / low), and choose which ones to attack first.

04

Generate your letters

One legally precise letter per bureau, generated with your exact account data, E-Oscar attack language, and specific FCRA citations.

05

Print, sign & mail

Send via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt. The bureau has 30 days to investigate. Keep the green card as your evidence.

Features

Every tool you need.
Nothing you don't.

🤖

AI report extraction

Uploads any credit report format and extracts every account automatically — no manual entry. AI identifies creditor name, balance, DOFD, account number, and errors.

⚔️

E-Oscar system attack

Letters explicitly name the E-Oscar automated system and argue that 2-digit code verification does not meet FCRA's "reasonable investigation" standard — forcing human review.

📊

Factual Data challenge

Challenges bureaus' reliance on data furnisher reporting. Demands original documentation proving each data element is accurate under FCRA § 623.

⚖️

Full round coverage

Round 1 bureau disputes, Round 2 Method of Verification demand, Round 3 debt validation, and CFPB escalation complaints — all covered.

🎯

Dispute reason codes + error-specific language

Every letter includes the specific errors the AI found on your report — wrong balance, incorrect DOFD, no original creditor listed, duplicate entry, past 7-year window. This is what makes each letter uniquely yours and non-frivolous.

Sample Output

Letters that bureaus
can't ignore.

Each letter cites exact FCRA sections, names the E-Oscar system by name, and references the specific errors found on your actual report. No bureau can call this frivolous.

RE: Formal Dispute of Inaccurate Credit Information SENT VIA USPS CERTIFIED MAIL — RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute the following account currently appearing on my credit report, which contains material inaccuracies that require immediate correction or deletion pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. FCRA § 611(a)(1) requires that upon receipt of a dispute, you must conduct a REASONABLE INVESTIGATION within 30 days. CRITICAL: E-OSCAR SYSTEM CHALLENGE I am aware that your standard practice involves transmitting a 2-digit dispute code via the E-Oscar automated system to the data furnisher. This does NOT constitute a reasonable investigation under FCRA § 611(a)(1). I demand a human, manual investigation with actual document review. Account: LVNV Funding LLC Reported Balance: $1,247.00 Date of First Delinquency: 03/2019 ERRORS IDENTIFIED: 1. Balance increased after debt sale — violation of Metro 2 Format reporting requirements 2. No original creditor documentation on file...

"I uploaded my report, the AI found 3 errors I never noticed — a wrong balance and a DOFD that was way off. The letters it wrote were way more specific than anything I could have put together myself. Two accounts deleted in 60 days."

FAQ

Common questions.

100% legal. Every dispute is filed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a federal law that gives consumers the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on their credit reports. You're not gaming the system — you're using the exact rights Congress gave you.
E-Oscar (Electronic Consumer Originated Request) is the automated system bureaus use to process disputes. When you file a standard dispute, bureaus send a 2-digit code to the creditor — not your actual letter. The creditor clicks "verified" and the case closes in 72 hours with zero real review. Our letters explicitly challenge this practice under FCRA § 611(a)(1), which requires a "reasonable investigation" — forcing the bureau to actually look at the documentation.
Any PDF or text-format credit report works — Experian, Equifax, TransUnion individually, or any tri-merge report from Smart Credit, IdentityIQ, MyScoreIQ, AnnualCreditReport.com, or similar. If your PDF is a scanned image (not searchable text), use the paste option on Tab 2 to copy and paste the text from your report portal.
We only dispute items that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable — which is what the law allows. Many items that appear accurate have errors in the details (wrong balance, wrong date, balance changed after debt sale, no original creditor documentation). The AI is designed to find these specific issues. We don't dispute accurate items with no errors.
Bureaus have 30 days to investigate after receiving your certified letter (45 days if you provide additional information). Most first-round deletions happen within 30–45 days. If items come back "verified," you escalate to Round 2 (Method of Verification) and potentially Round 3. The full program can take 3–6 months depending on the complexity of your file.
Your report is processed entirely in your browser and sent to the AI only for letter generation — it's not stored on any server. We recommend using a report that shows partial SSN (last 4 only) and to review the letters before printing to ensure everything looks correct.

Stop paying a
middleman.

Your FCRA rights are free. The letters that enforce them shouldn't cost $129/month. Upload your report and see what's disputable — right now.

Dispute strategy
Best practice: Send 1–3 accounts per letter. Letters with too many accounts get flagged as "credit sweeps" by bureaus and dismissed as frivolous under FCRA § 611(a)(3). High-priority debt buyers (LVNV, Midland) should each get their own letter.
